2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Consumable Products: Products that have been opened or used and are not in resalable condition.

  • Products Damaged Due to Customer Handling: We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper use or handling.

3. Requesting a Refund:

  • Photographs, if applicable, to help us understand the issue.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive your request, we will review it and get back to you within 4-5 business days to confirm the approval of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
